Bushing suspension options?

I have a propel endeavor. I am a small guy (130lb) and even when I put all my weight on one side I am barely able to turn the board much. I saw this video (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=vY8pbPSqh6Q&t=41s) about adjusting the suspension and the dude mentioned how the hard stocked bushing makes the board stiff. Can anyone point me in the right direction about buying a softer bushing for my board?
