Dumb question maybe, but is there anything preventing these boards from being able to be used as a high capacity portable battery in a pinch?

So I'm going camping soon, and the place we're going doesn't have electricity so I was thinking of getting a small portable battery (sometimes marketed as a generator) to power a full small nice-to-haves.

But damn are they expensive. Like this one for instance is $350 and has a 240Wh battery and can output a max of 200W.

A lot of the electric skateboards we already have that have enormous battery packs (Ownboard, Wowgo, Evolve, etc.) in excess of 500Wh (over double that generator), and can clearly deliver a lot of power if the motors are measured in thousands of watts, one person said they consume around 1500W regularly when accelerating hard.

Is there anything preventing some of these manufacturers from putting in an AC outlet or even a 12v outlet and letting you charge external devices? They're not particularly thin battery packs on some of them (so would size really be a concern?) and the Evolve for instance already does this with USB ports (obviously just not very powerful).

Was just thinking that'd be a great selling point, but there must be something obvious preventing it. Would the ESC have to be a lot larger to handle an AC outlet? Or is it just that "there is zero demand for what you're asking"? :P
