I've had this electric longboard with hub motors for a while and I've decided I want to put on tyres on the wheels themselves so I can ride more offroad and over gravel, because my usage of the board is very limited (short distances, often stepping off, picking up board because gravel or bumps). I'm wondering if the hub motors are able to drive larger wheels? Currently they go up to 20kph while riding (65kg), but that's only because of the limitations by law here. If I put on a set of tyres on the wheels (that fit and whatever), will the motors be able to drive the "new" larger wheels at the same speed or will they take damage?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
