Traditional Kingpin Trucks swap

I've got two pairs of Indy 215s and 169s from old boards. Was wondering if it's possible to swap or has anyone used traditional kingpin trucks on an eboard either in their front trucks or replacing the baseplate on the back trucks. If so, how is it like? If it's possible, I'd imagine a lower deck height but might be constrained depending how big your enclosure is..
