Suggested conversion kit for my board - DIY Newbie

Hi, I already have a landyachtz ripple ridge to spare and thinking of converting it to electric. I'm not that good with DIY from scratch so was lookgin at conversion kits to make it a bit more easier. Any help or recommendations would be much appreciated.

Plan to skate on roads, not much hills, but has to be ok with some cracks and bumps. Don't need to much range but i do like speed. Also looking at larger wheels (assuming no wheelbites), my board has about 18-19" wheelbase. Also have read about replaceable/swappable PUs, but it's not a priority.
