I'm having an issue with my x7 pro. Back in August of 2021 I bought a new battery for my scooter and when it arrived I couldn't get it to latch in so I gave up and put my old battery back in, but when I did that it wouldn't turn on. Today I decided to do some troubleshooting and I'm at a loss. I've taken apart the handlebar stem and checked the connectors up at the handle and down in the base of the stem. Nothing was disconnected. Before it stopped working I had just installed a new motor controller and it worked wonderfully with the old battery. I no longer have the newer battery, but I couldn't get it on the scooter anyway. I did notice when I press the power button I can hear a faint beep about a second long. It makes that noise every time I press the power button. I'm lost and turboants customer service kinda sucks.... Any suggestions?
