Freego Direct Dual Plus+ power drain issue?

Just arrived in South Korea and bought a second hand FGD Dual Plus . Issue at hand here is that it will charge fully and run around for a day or two totally fine but randomly will die with just under a full charge. It’s happened twice, once while riding and once right when I turned the key on. All of a sudden the power meter will plummet, hit zero, then turn off. If I plug it into the charger for 5seconds it’ll be good as new though and be fine for a day or two. Any idea what the issue could be ?
