What scooter should i get?

I want to get my girlfriend an electric scooter for her birthday but i want to make sure i get the right one for her needs. She only really needs it to travel to work or other nearby places (so within a 3-5 mile radius) and it would only be used maybe like 3-4 times a week (to and from) . With that being said, would it make sense to spend a lot on it? I kind of want to go more of a budget route since its use is minimal. Or is it that worth it to get a really good one? I’m not really sure where i’m going with this, i just want suggestions:)
