Horizon V2 - Portability, Ride Quality and Power - Others I should consider?

I’m pretty close to purchasing a Horisont V2 for the combination of its power, suspension, and portability. This will double as a scooter that I can take with me to work, unlike my Nami Clima, but secondarily as a scooter I can take rides with my family members.
Is there any other machine that combine some good power in portability that also has a comfortable ride quality that might be within a $200 or $300 range of the horizon that’s still checks those boxes?
