I recently purchased a Nami claim on absolutely loving it. At the same time I underestimated how much of a beast it would be, and how different it would be than my little 365 clone that I throw in the trunk and use for lunch and coffee breaks.
I’ve been considering purchasing a cheaper but still upgraded little city hopper that’s carryable (by a reasonably sized guy) in one hand, up stairs, into buildings, trunks, etc.
After my recent purchase my pick would have to be a budget option. The current price on the Fluid Horizon v2 looks attractive.
However it’s one of the scooters I often hear people describing as ‘outdated’ etc. to my eyes it’s the only $700 portable city hopper with suspension, decent speed and battery.
It made me wonder, will we see innovation and updated models in any of these categories soon?
I’m too new to be aware of market cycle trends. Is everybody just making minor upgrades and iterations of these types of scooters, or will we likely see the introduction of newly designed models over the next six months?
