Alibaba Suppliers - sorting legit from fake
Post Body

So I’m familiar enough with Alibaba and AliExpress, I’ve actually imported a few products from China for sale on Amazon, which came over by boat, so I’m familiar with portions of that process. I also know there are a lot of fakers and scammers out there.

When you see certain posts that actually say ‘Yume’ or Hiley Tiger’, like the one below, how can you be sure you’re actually dealing direct with the factory that produces those same models versus another factory producing cheaper knock offs?

I’m assuming a lot of these are also just middlemen posing as factories taking a markup?

I’m just curious how those of you who have purchased from Alibaba and Supplier’s direct in China have gone about sorting the real from the fake?
