I'm fairly sure Elden Ring has nothing to worry about winning GOTY...

And, imma be honest. I don't see how/what/why God Of War 'Ragnarok' it would win GOTY over Elden Ring. I'm kinda new to "action role-player"? kinda games. Think the last I really did of the sort was a game on the PS3. But. G.O.W... too MUCH story. Nothing as immersive as E.R. and seems to me a 'movie' more or less, that you control some parts of. Idk. Gameplay looks kinda cheap. Maybe I'm wrong, but pretty sure E.R. has GOTY on lock. Probably one of the best games of the decade. The whole opening up the DS series to people, the immersion it allows. The thousands of different types to play, weapons, etc. Idk. Call me crazy. Maybe it's just cuz ER was a big 'first' for me. (Mad I can't play Bloodbourne). I'm deeply interested in tryin the other FromSoft games. I truly was interested in getting into G.O.W... but it let me down upon watching some hour and a half of a walkthrough.
