Today I finished the main story and became Elden Lord, and I am so glad that I tried this game. It is by far my favorite game of all time.

I’m not going to say that I gOt Gud, or anything. I definitely cheesed, farmed, and abused the crap out of the mimic summon to the point I felt a kinship with that dude!

There were definitely times were I got discouraged, frustrated, and screamed at my monitor. But there where far more times where I was immersed, rewarded, and completely amazed with this incredible world and amazing story.

I am by no means done, I didn’t even actually realize I was at the end. I still need to unlock the secret area of the frozen waste land. I am going to put in so many more hours of exploration and discovery before I start a NG .

But I just wanted to say thank you to this community, to those that had encouragement and words of warning to my original post. And that while I know this game isn’t for everyone, if there is still anyone out there wondering if they would enjoy this game just go for it. Everyone experiences this game differently but can be totally worth all the trouble you are bound to face.
