Sold Lordsworn Greatsword…how do I farm for it?

Coming from Diablo like games I didn’t know chests were one time and that usable items could be found out of the gate.
I’ve been looking around but can’t seem to find info on loot specific farming. Trying to build a bezerker vagabond and that sword would help a whole lot.
