Can’t invade anyone, not being summoned to help anyone.

I don’t know why, MP passwords are off, settings are all correct. But I’ve been playing for about 20 hours with the blue ring on and only been summoned in once. I tried to invade people with both red fingers last night and couldn’t find a single world. Anyone else have the same issues?
