I love this DLC but one boss is actually broken

Commander Giuss is way to difficult, most of my attacks don’t even hit cause his hitbox is jank. Torrent is to slow for the first time ever. And his attacks have a broken hitbox on me. He swung at the ground I was 5 feet away and it still hit me. Anyone else having this issue?
