Any complete DLC prep guides?

I want to do a playthrough where I do 100% of everything (all bosses, all quests, and if possible all weapons and armor) so that I have everything I could possibly have before the DLC. I haven't been able to find any guides that have 100% of everything, either being purely guides for quests or being spreadsheets of information that's not only overwhelming but doesn't give a clear sense of order. It'd be nice if there was just one place for everything needed to 100% the game in essentially a walkthrough format. Does something like that exist?
