Any advice for getting to max level?

So, I picked up Elden ring again and decided I was gonna start a new game and get a character to max level before the dlc comes out so that I can use anything new I would come across, however I’m not entirely sure exactly how much grinding it’s gonna take, so any advice to help speed that up would be appreciated
