From the Avenue Balcony Grace, turn around and head up the stairs. Turn right, thats when the vid starts. Continue up the stairs on your left, turn and jump thru the cracks in the balcony onto the gazebo, the jump to the right side. Trying to land on the pillar sticking out. Then continue to jump up, eventually running along the spear to nab the Bolt instead of going thru the bosses in Leyndell
