New Update Stutter?

Elden Ring was fine until today when i hopped on. I thought the stuttering was due to a recently added second monitor but that isn't the case it seems. Every other game doesnt stutter at all even with RT enabled in some cases. It's just elden ring, even when i turned the settings to 720p Low it was still stuttering so i know it isnt a PC problem it's an elden ring problem. Specs below
Ryzen 7 5700X
RX 6700 10GB
16GB 3000MHZ DDR4 Ram
Temps are normal (50c-69c)
