Where are Malenia and Miquellas Shadow?

Here me out we know those that hold the tittle of Empyrean are granted a Shadow. Eg l. Marika and Ranni. But Were are Miquellas and Malenia? Did they die? Were they killed? Did the fingers not give them one? If so why?

My only theory is that the Shadows are dead since if you go against the Erdtree they go mad and kill you. Pretty sure making your own Haligtree would be classified as blasphemy so Shadows go mad and then Miquella and Malenia kill them. Or... what if Miquella made the mind control thing(forgot the name) as an effort to tame them? Maybe we see them as future DLC boss?
