Was messing about with different weapons and Incants and came across a build I like. I want to make a separate character dedicated to it but am unsure where to start. As stated in the title, it's a Quality/Arcane that I want to use for PvP, duels specifically. The weapon in question is the Flamberge with Blood Tax AoW. I plan on using all blood incants (except flies) with this as well. I'm unsure as to aim for 125 or 150 with this character or what class would be best to start with. I was going to leave that to the experts in this category. Any tips or suggestions are welcome and appreciated!
