What is you poise breakpoint?

I’m really curious about which threshold do you think is the best.
I’ve always run 101 breakpoint on 125 pure STR and I have to use Great Jar Arsenal in order to wield the heaviest set up. I start thinking that it could be not necessary to always wear GJA by sacrificing some armor weight and therefore being able to use Erdtree Favour instead (and lowering my poise).
Long story short, maybe is not necessary or actually optimal to run always 101 poise.
What are your suggestions?
