I dont know what im doing wrong

I have mod engine 2 installed and working with other mods, i have unpacked my game with uxm, i have used both yapped and dsmapstudio to try and make changes to the regulation.bin file, but no matter how many times i update them or how many different ways i try it never changes the value in game. I am just trying to change the sell value of the golden rune 1 but it never changes in game, the only thing that changes is the quit to desktop button text just says "?menutext?"
