Ok this one might be kinda obvious but it took me by suprise so we know how with the Elden stars dialogue it talks about how the greater will when it was first interacting with the lands between sent down a shooting star as it’s emissary thx to lore YouTubers like vaati and smoughtiwn and also just implied context we assume that emissary to have been the Elden beast but in the dlc we fight a boss called metyr the mother of fingers and in the description of one of her boss items it describes how the greater will sent her down to the lands between first but all of a sudden stopped communicating and abandoned her. The emissary and the very first time the greater will properly and directly interacted with the lands between was actually metyr the star sent down by the outer god wasn’t the Elden beast but metyr mother of fingers in part of it if I’m remembering correctly it mentions she was the first though and to me that suggests the greater will sent down other emissaries now u might then assume it was the Elden beast but I don’t think the Elden beast is actually an emissary as to me I’m pretty sure e it was heavily implied to be a physical manifestation of the Elden ring itself and the greater wills agenda of order In the lands between which begs the question then what other emissaries were there and r they any that we might know about because every emissary sent down by an outer god as shown in a lot of lore hasalways had a major and somewhat permanent impact in the lands between like how metyr gave birth to all the two fingers and finger monsters
