Should I respec if I wanna change my Build to use Messmer's Spear? ps5

I've been using a physical build with rellana's twin swords and 80 dex. I'm level 211 and I've been really excited to get Messmer's remembrance spear. I was planning on respecing once i got it, but I just noticed it has an insane "B" scaling with dex and only "C" with faith. Should I still respec and put some points in faith?

Current build (aprox):

60 vig 26 mind .... 80 dex 25 faith ....

Also, what talisman's would be best for Messmer's spear? Probably shard of alex, fire scorpion charm and carian filigreed crest but Idk the last one. (Edit: Maybe rotten winged insignia?)
