Just Finished Faith/Strength build as a Dung Eater, next build suggestion?

Hi all!
I'm sure this is a basic bitch question, but I want to do a run that is focused on doing all the NPC story lines. I definitely missed some on my most recent run.
For my first ending I was kinda...underwhelmed by the Dung Eater's ending and so I'm looking into the next one I should do before I get a New Game going.
I loved Unga Buga with Blasphemous Blade and Omen Set, but I kinda want to try something a bit more flashy. Let me know what you think would be a good build?
