Im planning on getting 45 arcane and then 60 Dex whilst using rivers of blood.

I'm using Millicent's prosthesis, rotten winged sword insignia, lord of blood's exhaultation and two-handed sword talisman.

Bleed procs fairly quickly and I do decent damage. I just want to kill bosses as quickly as possible when helping hosts. Would it be better to use frost bleed and maybe put points into int for faster cold procs? (If that's a thing). Should I go rivers of blood rivers of blood? Or should I just stick with what I have?

Also using fire damage successive attacks buffs in physick.

I'm wearing rakshasa's set too for 6% damage (no helmet)

I want the build to be viable for PvP too, cause, invaders
