Need help with lore for my craftworld
Post Body

Honestly. I have no idea where to go with my custom craftworld. I originally wrote this post in paragraphs but turns out I have a lot of questions, so I'll try to keep it in point form so its easier to get some answers.

  1. My craftworld is named Craftworld Icathia and they were a colonizer/pioneer/scientist craftworld prior to the fall, they left the empire in search of what exists in the void. Surely this is applicable right...? They are now answering the call of the Ynnari and collecting their colonies back up (or what's left of them).
  2. I really want my army to look like a symphony of color. I tried to make it lorewise by saying that the original craftworld is my synth eldar with bright purples and turquoises meshed with a heavy aesthetic inspiration from certain League of Legends champions (KDA), the problem here is I want to know how malleable is craftworld equipment? I get jealous of chaos and imperium with their conversion opportunities. For example, I do not like certain models within our range most notable the vyper and war walker so I converted them. The vyper now has a massive "psychic" crystal where it draws its power from sort of like the Engine of the Gods from Seraphon in AoS. The War walker is straight up different, I made it close in and slightly up-armored.
  3. My GF and I play warhammer she fell in love with imperial knights and Eldar. So we decided to make models for our eldar and based them on us. We both wondered the viability in lore if it was possible for an Autarch and a Farseer to have a romantic relationship that wasn't just all out horny. We thought it could be viable since we're both Ynnari lovers.
  4. Since this craftworld is Ynnari where do dead eldar souls go? Its a mesh of all Aeldari so does that mean they get reincarnated? Back to the circuit? Or some other kind of shenanigans? I have found no lore with how Ynnari counter the whole Slaanesh thing.
  5. If Ynnari is meant to be our salvation does it mean that certain craftworlds (mine for example) are a lot more lenient on the aspect warrior stuff? I'll be honest, aspect warriors are cool but the lore is sometimes ugh. I don't dig the whole straight path thing and like to be a little bit more free moving. For example, one of my head cannons for the banshees I'm writing is called "Banshees of the Wailing Mother" as the title suggests these Banshees were once mothers to sons/daughters now lost and they are constantly wailing into their banshee masks. So it sounds like a horde of crying mothers coming at you at mach speed. Or my scorpions who keep getting resurrected and they lose a part of their soul with each resurrection. The scorpions retain their name but have a number after it denoting how many times they were brought back (yes this is the destiny exo thing).
  6. I really want to do a ghost Ynnari army. Thats it. I want one of the collected colonies to just be ghosts idk how I can make that lore accurate but I just want to make an eldritch/pagan ghost eldar army. I guess this could be answered with how Ynnari get their eldar back to life and what alternatives they propose to craftworlds/drukhari.
  7. Finally, do we have any lore on how the Aeldari fought before the fall? What equipment they used or anything like that?

Sorry for the long post, I hope it wasn't too ranty but I've been keeping this in and I can't keep it in any longer. Thank you to anyone who dares attempt to read all of this and grace me with a response, you guys are the best. :)
