Swooping Hawks Grenades shouldn't be limited by enemy unit size.

I find it kinda stupid that if I have 10 swooping hawks, the maximum amount of wounds i can inflict on a single model unit is 1. A chance at 1 as well.
It seems kinda awkward that they are limited by not only their own unit size, but by enemy unit size as well
Just remove the enemy size limit so I can bomb some tanks or run over dudes with a 10 bomb of hawks.
