Sorry, stupid Mohn-kee Question....

Just picked up a Wake the Dead box, haven't bought the Eldar codex yet. (I'm typically a Marines or Chaos player) I'm assuming the colors of the paint jobs tie to different craftworlds or some such like Marines are.
Is there an online paint guide someone can point me to? Or like a list of "no-no's" and "that's good!" - I try to stay lore accurate.
