Vaccines for dogs?

Hi guys! Since I was a child I had never had a pet until today… someone gave me a Yorkie puppy, but the person who bought it did not give me his vaccination card, he just sent me a photo with his first shots by message. So now I don't know what to do, since it's my first pet, where can I take it to get vaccinated? Is it a problem because I don't have his vaccination card in my hands?
