Sorry for stupid question. Could anyone pls explain me what is Efilism? I understand, it's modern ethic. But what are difference between Efilism and utilitarism, rational altruism? Why should I consider to choose this ethic, but not other? If I'm struggling, it makes sense somehow?
Also, If I always tried to help other people, can I fit with this ethic? I always felt, that utilitarism is too primitive, like if you wanna be happy, just use drugs (what is not good idea). But prefered endorphines, which came from more intellectual or romantic ways to get them.
Thank you.
