Accidentally didn’t take my Effexor for 4-5 days, couldn’t notice any withdrawal symptoms for real until yesterday, most likely because I had been drinking quite often so the overall malaise could be blamed on hangovers and stuff. Yesterday I had the whole shebang though, dizziness, sleepy asf, nauseous asf, dreams so vivid, brain zaps but for me it was more so whole body zaps and tingling, and general feverish flulike symptoms. It was crazy, I thought I was genuinely falling ill. After realizing the likely culprit, I immediately restarted my 75mgs. How long did it take others to feel normal again after being off their Effexor for a bit?
