Thoughts on Wellbutrin and Effexor?

So im currently on 75mg of effexor and my doc wished to try me on 100mg of wellbutrin to help with some of the focus issues I'm having.
For people who have taken both at the same time, has this helped you out? My psychiatrist wonders if I'm experiencing residual depression symptoms or if it's genuine adhd. She said comorbidity of the two are definitely a thing, but anxiety and depression could be causing me to have some focus issues so we're trying this first.
