Hi everyone. Last year I was on Lexapro (made anxiety and depression much worse) and Zoloft (felt just okay but stopped because I didn’t love the side effects). I’m speaking to a new provider who suggested effexor er and because I don’t know much about these medications I said sure without knowing much about it. Now that I’ve read about the withdrawal process I feel paralyzed about what to do next. I haven’t even picked it up from the pharmacy. Are there other meds that could help that aren’t so aggressive?
