Bleeding & Quitting. What would you do in this situation?

Hi friends. Will try to make this short and concise, and apologies for weird formatting on mobile.

Been on 37.5mg for about 14 months and began spotting/bleeding almost all the time within a few months of starting the med.

However, I also got diagnosed with precancerous cells in my cervix a few months after starting Effexor.

3 different gynos have blamed the Effexor for my bleeding and have suggested I either switch antidepressants or start taking birth control to regulate the bleeding.

I really donโ€™t want to do either one of those things. The Effexor saved my life & my relationships and works just fine otherwise, and Iโ€™m terrified that birth control will make my weight gain, and skin and mood issues worse.

If you were in these shoes, what would you do?
