Loved reading through the comments of /u/rotipoeg 's post learning about everyone's experiences and perspectives. I'm curious about the answers of foreigners who have decided to move to Estonia permanently. Please feel free to share your experiences and reasons or follow the questions from the original post:
Where are you from?
How long have you been living in Estonia?
Why did you choose Estonia?
In your opinion, what are the biggest advantages of Estonia compared to where you're from?
In your opinion, what are the biggest disadvantages of Estonia compared to where you're from?
What (e.g. foods, services, etc.) do you miss from your country?
Have you learned Estonian? How long did it take you?
Did you have any sort of culture shock when you moved to Estonia?
Which differences do you like and don't like?
I'm close to making a similar decision soon, so these answers would be interesting and very insightful!

Yes, this is true. But definitely not just from passersby, this applies more to cashiers, customer service jobs etc. Or maybe if you ask someone for help on the street. It doesn’t happen in Finland either without any specific situation that requires interaction.
