Hi everyone,
I'm dealing with long-term burnout from numerous major life stressors. I have some mental health resources lined up or already in use, but also thought it might be pertinent to try and physically go somewhere — a third space between work and home — where I can disconnect, decompress, heal, and reset, for a week or so.
I am looking for suggestions about places I can head out to that are in or around the city or easy to get to. Places that provide a quiet space and relative solitude so I can feel somewhat okay again. It doesn't have to be fancy, but I also don't want to be out in the middle of the woods by myself.
I do have a couple of limitations: I have a budget and I don't have a car (though I can use Ubers/cabs and public transit to commute).
Thank you for your help
