Iām sure most people already know this, but after another day of applying, it seems like more and more job bank postings disappear into the quantum zone after a few weeks and are never heard from again.
Try applying directly to a company, find a mutual or connection on LinkedIn and see if you can find reviews on the company (google, glassdoor).
This applies to all jobs. High five figure salaries to entry level positions. I met a restaurant owner who is specifically trying to avoid local applicants to take advantage of immigrantion consultants who preach about the TFW as a residency vehicle.
