Need help with tires/rims

I purchased used vehicle last year. It came with winter tires and all seasons tires. Now I didn’t notice size between these twos until last week. My winter tires fits 18” rims while all season one will need 15”. So what are my options here? Which one would be cheaper: buying new rims or new tires? I tried to look on facebook marketplace but I am not so bright to know which one should fit. Please help. Thank you.
2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback. Winter tire size: 225/40R18 All season: 195/65R15
