Hello! Single woman from Michigan….finally will be able to start traveling again here soon. Looking to stay the last week of October so I am there for Halloween. Curious where, in the locals opinion, is the best hotel, B&B, airbnb, room over an inn….whichever it may be?

Want something that feels like Edinburgh, if that makes sense haha….also close to food, exploration, shops, etc. as I more than likely will not have a car. I may rent one for a day or two but undecided as of now. Basically, I’d love of the locals favorite hot spots as well. Food, pubs, museums, shops, etc. appreciate any input and anyone that would like to make friends and meet up when I visit possibly! Appreciate you all!
