“Dozens of companies are due a total of £102,916 from failed local chain Bross Bagels. The list of unpaid suppliers is revealed in a liquidators’ report, published last night. It also confirms the amount owed to HMRC, as reported by The Edinburgh Guardian and The Edinburgh Reporter last month, is £635,000. Among the list of debts is £49,568 due to ‘Savills (St James)’. Virgin Money is due £133,697. The liquidator reports all Bross bank accounts were found to be overdrawn so instructed them to be frozen. It says owner Larah Bross sold the company’s kitchen equipment, stock and IP to her new business Hot Mama Bagels for £18,000. Liquidators said: “We are currently investigating this transaction and will provide an update in the next report to creditors.” The liquidator said it will next be ‘reporting on the conduct of the directors to the Insolvency Service’.”

Saw their stuff a couple years ago and it looked great, but know a few people who'd spoken/done business with her and they all said to stay away and that there was something seriously wrong with her.
