Want to get my mate his own tartan for his wedding gift - none exist for his surname and I've done all the checks!
Just wanting advise on how to go about making a tartan - does anyone have any experience with this?
Any companies you'd recommend?

To note: this is for designing and registering the tartan pattern, not making a kilt outfit or anything.
