Post Body

It happens every time I do this. I love to edge myself for hours and then just deny myself for days if not a week or two, but I always get this lower back pain and now that I have a job that involves constant heavy lifting, I feel like I can’t do this anymore. I’m unsure if it’s like my prostate swelling and pushing on my nerves or just not enough water.

I did just learn I have a lack of cartilage in my lower spine so I’m just curious if this is something that anyone else deals with and if so, how that avoid it.
