what do you do when you take breaks?

i know the biggest advice for how to edge for long periods of time is to take breaks and do something else right before you reach the point of no return. so what i’m wondering is what do you do during the break? for me, it’s really difficult to take a break if i don’t have an idea of what i want to do with it, so i wanted to hear some of your ideas!
