Pavlovian conditioning of reddit notifs made conditioned to all notifs!

I've been on and off reddit for a while now but one thing has remained since the early days. Whenever a red dot appears I throbb. That means someone like my depravity stuff enough to comment. I would edge hard whenever a red dot popped up. Thing is..many other apps use the the same red dot system and we'll I now get triggered at work for teams messages and emails. I'm an actual disaster and it's all self inflicted.
