So yeah... I had an orgasm last night. I'm not too upset about it, but it's certainly not what I wanted. I could tell it came from my body and not from my brain, because for not wanting it, it still felt pretty damn good.
Maybe it's for the better I had one, I got this weird pain in my left leg, I think I might've pulled it out something, but I know if I get something like that, the only way to fix it is to have an orgasm, plus that pain is largely gone about 20 hours later.
So a couple things I've learned from this as I continue to pursue indefinite denial. First, the importance of stretching and physical fitness. If nothing else, stretch daily, and before edging if at all possible. You'll be less likely to pull something. Being physically active will also help as you get stronger muscles to hold back. Second thing is mental reinforcement. If you're point term denial alone, you've gotta have something telling you to push through. It definitely helps coming from someone else, especially if they know how good long term denial is, but you need something to convince you to stop yourself from cumming early on.
So while I'm back at square one, it's okay, I've learned something, and I should be able to push through for much longer now that I know this!
