How do you stop Edging ??

Real question and i really need an answer.
When I goon like during the night I’m unable to stop. I can’t just decide to sleep. So I’m struggling to keep me denied and edge for multiple day because of that.
Please I need your help. I want to be able to stop - to keeping the edge for days
