Being married for 10 years with 2 kids, everyone around me thinks I have this wonderful life. And for the most part I do and I'm grateful for that. In the last few years, my husband has slowly become more and more of a workaholic and our sex life is the thing that has suffered most.
Having grown up in an extremely conservative family, I never masturbated growing up. The first time I did was 6 months ago. I have talked to friends about it and received judgement based on the volume in which I do, but I do not believe it's impacting my life. I feel guilty from masturbating because of this judgement from my friends, yet it's something I have grown to look forward to.
Idk if I'm looking for advice or just to vent, but I appreciate knowing there are others out there like me and I'm not alone.
